At Fast Twitch Sports, our sole purpose is sports performance development of athletes ages 10-18. In season training is focused on injury prevention while off season training increases speed, strength, and agility. Fast Twitch Sports offers personal, partner, and small group training. All programs are designed by a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and Youth Exercise Specialist. We try to strike a balance with our fitness regimens and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, there is also a lot of fun and most importantly - results!

SPEED AND AGILITY
Balance & Reaction Time
Every athlete can benefit from improved balance and reaction time, and that is what Speed, Agility, and Quickness (SAQ) training achieves. It enhances an athletes ability to accelerate, decelerate, and dynamically stabilize their entire body in all planes of motion (running, cutting, and changing direction).
Strength & Stamina
Strength training is important for all athletes, especially those in contact sports. It not only increases muscle mass creating a stronger opponent, but it also protects the athlete from injury as it increases connective tissue and core strength. Strength training helps an athlete achieve a more well-rounded fitness program. Sport-specific training can lead to muscle imbalances.
Body conditioning increase strength, speed, and endurance. Conditioning workouts increase muscle tone and prepare the body for the rigors of sports. An athlete with a large aerobic base may recover faster and more efficiently between repeated, high-intensity efforts, allowing them to run or skate harder and longer.
